Non existent customer service. Avoid at all cost!
I received my order but disappointingly, both Gizmo keychains are completely different colours from the website and donāt reflect the true character at all. The face is a very dark brown and the body has red arms. Absolutely nothing like what is pictured on the website. I contacted the company immediately (sending 3 emails in total, no other form of communication available) but have never received a response. Awful service for what is quite an expensive keychain. Donāt waste your time or money. I found other people commenting on Instagram that have had similar issues.
