Bit disappointed

Key chain was fine although Iron Mans mask fell off within a day or two. That’s not really Buddy Key Chains fault. I was disappointed by the sales process though. I was charged extra for some sort of ‘priority order’. This was added automatically so I didn’t notice until after I’d paid. An option like that should be much clearer and require the buyer to select it rather than add to the basket automatically. So that felt rather under handed. I suspect most people are caught out by that and if most orders have ‘priority order’ then nobody does. I did email Buddy Key Chain about this right after my purchase but I’ve had no reply. I bought from Buddy Key Chain years ago and it felt a much more personal service with excellent customer service but now it seems to have grown to the point where customer service isn’t really a concern to them. Anyway, I wouldn’t be ordering again.

This buddy is the best!

I bought this item after buying an inferior similar one from Amazon, which fell apart.. This is so much more sturdy and proper paracord too, also had the face inside the helmet and comes with a secondary visor in case the original Is lost. Highly recommend this seller +AAAAA
