The items are so cute and great quality, got one for all my family. The choice was really good and found one suitable for everyone My only complaint was when I was sent the wrong one. I emailed and messaged the company but got no replies. As it was for Christmas and time was running out I had to reorder the correct one. In the order details section I explained again what happened and this time I was given a refund within 48hours but still no reply or acknowledgement of the issue. Love the product but it's very difficult to get in touch with someone if it is wrong
