Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if applicable, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First, check your bank account and credit card statement
  • Next, contact your credit card company; refunds can take time to post
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@buddykeychains.co.uk

Sale items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, email: support@buddykeychains.co.uk

If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.

Depending on your location, it may take additional time for your exchanged item to reach you.

Shipping Returns

  • For items over £50 / $60 / €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
