Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our UK facility.


Processing Times

All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch.

Orders placed after [5PM GMT] will be processed the next working day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.


UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

  • Express Shipping (Tracked) – 1–2 business days – £3.99
  • Standard Shipping (Tracked) – 2–3 business days – £2.99

Typically, the majority of UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. However, during busy periods, deliveries may take up to 5–7 business days.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide with the following options:

  • Standard International (Untracked) – 7–20 business days – £4.99
  • Express International (Tracked) – 5–11 business days – £9.97

Estimated Delivery Times by Region

  • USA, Canada, Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Asia: 8–15 business days
  • Central & South America: 10–20 business days
  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Maximum delivery time (outside UK): 45 business days


Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.
  • Shipping times do not include processing time.
  • In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

For tracked shipping options, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Where is my order? tracking mentions "We're expecting it" This means your order has not yet been scanned into the delivery company's system, once it has the tracking message will update. If it has been 3 days since receiving your tracking code via email and it still shows this, please email us as your order has been shipped but has been delayed on the initial scan or lost. Contact us and we will loon into this and assist.
  • System Delays: Tracking may not update immediately; it is common for the next update to appear only when it reaches the local delivery office.

Lost or Delayed Orders

A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within:

  • UK: 13 business days after dispatch - includes maximum 3 days processing in busy periods.
  • International: 25 business days after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact us at support@buddykeychains.co.uk and we will investigate and assist you with a resolution.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

 


ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK - CUSTOMS CHARGES (PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER)

Orders shipped outside the UK require a CN22 customs declaration. This is a standard international shipping label that lists the contents and value of the parcel for customs authorities in the destination country.

CN22 Label - Buddy Keychains Ltd will fill and provide CN22 label with international orders - this will either be attached to your order, or done electronically, depending on the delivery courier used. 

Depending on your country’s import rules, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or handling fees before delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.

For international orders shipped outside of the UK, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by Buddy Keychains. As the recipient, you (the customer/customers) are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees or taxes required for your order to be released. If these charges are not paid, your parcel may be delayed, returned, or held by customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information on potential fees before placing your order.
